If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for our customers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions).
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cleaners and Disinfectants (opened or used products)
- Dental Care products (used items)
- Ear Care and Eye Care products (opened or used)
- Flea, Tick & Skunk Care products (opened or used)
- Any grooming tools that show signs of use or have been installed
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our Customer Service Team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item – Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Processing
If you’re requesting an exchange:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the item you want is not available, we will issue a refund instead
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
